Excellent value when discounted, pricey parking
Short walking distance from Hiroshima station, as well as (paid) parking spaces nearby. Nice little onsen on the tenth floor with an outdoor air area -- enjoy the night air especially when it's cool. Nice view of the station and sunrise on one side of the hotel. Mostly quiet. Bed was comfy and the pillows were nice. Staff was courteous as usual. Coin laundry.
No free parking and nearby paid parking is EXPENSIVE -- first overnight cost me 2400 yen, which is astronomical for Hiroshima. I'd recommend parking further away at a cheaper lot if you can. Rooms and bathrooms are quite tiny, so unless you get one of their price cut deals, it becomes too expensive for what you get. No food or breakfast options. No cold bath in the onsen. Tiny sauna, no more than one or two people max at a time. Some spots are starting to need repair before it looks really bad, such as wallpaper coming off.

The hotel is very close from the station, and also from a small yokocho (neighborhood with a high concentration of restaurants and bars). The public bath at the top of the hotel is really nice!
My toilets had evacuation issues, which was really annoying, and also humiliating when I asked the staff to fix the situation. I wanted to change my room, but they disagreed and tried to manually fix the evacuation issue...
